In the second stage of the Crocodile Trophy from Cairns to Lake Tanaroo there was a 7th place for Ramses Bekkenk behind winner Greg Saw. After a hilly first part after 65 kilometres the bikers met a 12 kilometres long climb in the 95 kilometres long stage.
