This weekend Ramses Bekkenk finished third in Nordenau in Germany behind Søren Nissen and Mathias Frohn. “It is good to see that my shape is improving with the Dutch marathon championships coming closer. At the start of the season my training was based on the 24 hours races I wanted to do. Since my focus is back on only marathon racing I feel I am getting more competitive”, stated Bekkenk.
