At a mountainbike streetrace in Oldebroek Bart finished second behind Erik Groen. From the start there was a real battle which resulted in a leading group of three men with besides Barkhuis and Groen Gerben Mos. It was in the sprint that Erik Groen showed he was the fastest man of the day.
