‘It took a while this year before I found my good shape but I am happy I am improving week by week as we have some nice race ahead. Especially in two weeks when I will ride Offroad Valdres together with Gerben Mos. This is a 150 kilometers long duo race in Norway where the route is defined by navigation.

Teammate Ramses Bekkenk was unlucky this weekend at Salzkammergut Trophy in Austria where he had to deal with bad luck. Despite all troubles he had to deal wit it still seemed he was going for a good result as he was at 5th place after 180 kilometers at the Gosausee. In the final part he paid the price for his extra effort fighting back to front row. After 210 kilometers Bekkenk arrived at 12th place behind winner Andreas Seewald in Bad Goisern. Stefan Vreugdenhil also lost a lot of time in the last part of the race and finished 43th.RamsesSalzkammergutTrophy
