Dutch champ marathon Bram Rood, Ramses Bekkenk, Robby de Bock and Stefan Vreugdenhil will compete in Vulkanbike on 12th of September in German village Daun. This marathon over 100 kilometres and 2300 altimeters is known for its fast course which is the same for the Bart Brentjens Challenge. So beside a great race Vulkanbike can be seen as a good preparation for the Dutch national championships marathon where Rood is determined to defend his title.
