French brand Lapierre will provide the KMC mountainbiketeam with material for 2019. The teammembers will have the choice between the XR 929 Ultimate Full Suspension and the ProRace SAT 929 Ultimate HardTail. Due to a smart carbon construction in combination with an elastomer ring the ProRace frame is able to smoothen uneven terrain. This unique SAT technique (Shock Absorption Technology) is also used by Lapierre for their Pulsium raceframes to add comfort for long distance rides.
‘With above mentioned Lapierre mountainbike models we have the perfect bike for cross country and marathon oriented customers. The KMC team is in these disciplines with former Dutch Champion marathon Ramses Bekkenk and Bram Rood well known and we look forward to work together with this team. Lapierre offers models with longer travel for All Mountain and Enduro use as well and a starting mountainbiker from young to old will also be able to find a suitable bike in our program.’, stated brand manager sports Tonny Motshagen.
