On a challenging 47-kilometer course through the Belgian Ardennes, she managed to work her way up the field after a slow start.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We had to complete three laps of 47 kilometers with 790 meters of elevation gain each\u2014totaling nearly 2,400 meters\u2014which was quite tough. During the race, I managed to catch up with riders who had initially been in the lead group. I am very pleased with this performance,&#8221; said Trouwborst.
